Our team specializes in coaching and mentoring managers and senior leaders on key issues such as change management, organizational culture and learning, and team strengthening.  

We also work with organizations to facilitate improved equity and inclusion in the workplace, including establishing respectful approaches to cross-cultural communication and collaboration.  As part of this body of work, our team conducts robust equity and gender audits to help teams identify practical approaches to fostering equity and inclusion in its policies, practices, and programs.
